Mike is a serial Founder and the CEO of BuyerGenomics. Mike brings 20+ years of organizational, analytics & technology expertise. He has developed high performing solutions and software for major brand clients and niche marketers driving over $1.8 billion dollars in revenue for clients using solutions he brought to market over his career.

Mike is a recognized thought leader in the predictive marketing automation and digital marketing. He provides commentary and analysis to the media including Bloomberg TV, Brandweek, Business of Fashion, Total Retail and DM News

Mike earned a BA/MBA from The University at Albany and an Entrepreneurial Masters from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Nancy Matnick

Chief Financial Officer


Nancy brings extensive functional experience in information systems, accounting, finance, process control, business systems, and business acquisition and integration to BuyerGenomics. 

She holds a BS from Babson College, with majors in Accounting and Business Law. Even more impressive, Nancy is a Six-Sigma Black Belt and has a vast background in public accounting in addition to a long-standing career in an executive role with MSC Industrial Direct, a publicly held corporation.

Luke Ochoda

Chief Technology Officer


Luke has been with the BuyerGenomics team since the Company’s inception and brings 20 years of software engineering and product strategy to the team.

He developed a passion for programming and Unix-based operating systems as a in his early teens and went on to pursue degrees in electric engineering, computer systems and software engineering. He has been a contributor to the Go programming language community since early 2012.

Luke is an integral partner for Mike, having built several technologies and businesses together. As the Chief Technology Officer of BuyerGenomics, Luke’s primary focus is on building, refining and implementing technology architecture that creates real value for our customers.

Luke has a MSc in Computer Science from DePaul University and a BA in Software Engineering from WSB and a BA in Marketing and Management from NLU. Luke has accomplished several courses, e.g. Machine Learning authorized by Stanford University and MongoDB for Developers.

Gary Beck

Chief Strategy Officer


Gary’s background includes over 30 years of analytics & database innovation for several leading Fortune 500 companies and Madison Avenue advertising agencies. 

Gary has been a frequent lecturer and author on the topics of database marketing and applied statistics. His articles have been published in DM News, Direct Marketing and the Journal of Direct Marketing. 

He recently was President of the Direct Marketing Idea Exchange and currently serves on their Board. Gary received his M.S. in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.
